Corporate Homepage > Legal Information Pursuant to the Acceptable Use Policy, users of the SWCast Network service are required to comply with all local, state, and federal copyright laws, including the applicable provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). A copyright holder (herein "the complainant") has the right to file a notification of copyright infringement (herein "complaint") with the designated agent of the SWCast Network service (herein "our agent") should a suspected copyright violation occur. A complaint may be filed either via email to abuse@swcast.net or in writing to Intraversal Communications Corp. Once a valid complaint is received, our agent will promptly review the infringing activity and/or material and notify the applicable user of the SWCast Network service (herein "the respondent") of the suspected violation, including a copy of the complaint. The respondent will have seven calendar days to remove the infringing material and cease the infringing activity, or else file a valid counter-notification, to prevent account suspension or termination. Under Title 17 USC, Section 512(c)(3)(A), a valid complaint must include the following information:
