Business Hours

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm Central (except national holidays). Customer support requests are processed at these times and in the order received.

Payments By Mail

In addition to PayPal, we accept personal check and money order made payable to SWCast Network. For proper processing, please include the applicable Station ID and Transaction ID on your payment, and do not enclose any other correspondence with your payment.
